Terms of Service
Last Updated: October 2026 • Agency Engagement Standards
1. Scope of Engagement
These Terms of Service govern all professional creative, production, web engineering, brand strategy, and media buying services provided by Egypt Creative Agency. Each project is executed in alignment with a mutually agreed Scope of Work (SOW), proposal, or retainer contract.
2. Intellectual Property & Asset Ownership
- Deliverables Ownership: Upon complete settlement of all agreed contractual fees, full commercial ownership rights of the final approved deliverables (visual identities, commercials, web source files, and campaign collateral) are transferred to the client.
- Agency Portfolio Rights: Egypt Creative retains the customary right to exhibit approved, published campaign assets and case studies within our agency portfolio, website, awards submissions, and credentials presentations, unless explicitly restricted by an active NDA.
- Preliminary Concepts: Unselected design explorations, unused storyboards, and proprietary strategic frameworks remain the intellectual property of Egypt Creative.
3. Milestones, Revisions & Approvals
To ensure executive alignment and timely delivery, every engagement operates under milestone-based review cycles. Revisions must align with the approved initial brief; out-of-scope functional requests or fundamental brief shifts will be documented and billed transparently through formal change orders.
4. Payment Terms & Media Buying
- Payment schedules are detailed in individual project agreements (advance mobilization deposit, milestone disbursements, and final delivery).
- Paid advertising budgets (Media Buying across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.) are funded directly by the client or funded in advance prior to ad spend deployment.
5. Limitation of Liability & Professional Standards
Egypt Creative executes all campaigns adhering to industry gold standards and regulatory compliance. We do not assume liability for third-party platform downtime, algorithm fluctuations, or ad network policy changes beyond agency control.
